We are a registered Compliance Practice No. 3642 with the FSCA and offer a wide variety of compliance and legal services to Insurers, including Cell Captives, Underwriting Managers, Asset Managers, and Financial Services Providers.

OUR HISTORY

Our roots run deep in the financial services industry going back to 1989. Assent started in 2006 as a small FAIS compliance, legal and training company providing support services to Financial Services Providers.
The years that followed brought many changes to the regulatory environment and ever-changing requirements that needed various skills to assist our clients.
Assent built a platform of competence and embraced changes by continually adapting and upskilling. This enhanced our services and provided clients with the needed support. Today, Assent is an accomplished Governance, Risk and Compliance specialist.
